Kyle Minchow

MS, CSCS

Strength and Conditioning Coach University of Nebraska-Lincoln

I'm Kyle Minchow, MS, CSCS, the Strength & Conditioning Coach for the University of Nebraska–Lincoln Rodeo Team.

As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and holder of a Master's degree in Kinesiology, I help rodeo athletes develop the strength, power, mobility, and resilience needed to perform at their highest level.

Working directly with collegiate rodeo athletes has given me firsthand experience with the unique physical demands of the sport—from the explosive power required in roughstock events to the speed, coordination, and durability needed for timed events. My coaching philosophy centers on building athletes who are strong, resilient, and prepared to handle the demands of both training and competition.

Rodeo athletes deserve training designed specifically for their sport. My mission is to provide evidence-based strength and conditioning programs that help competitors improve performance, reduce injury risk, and stay competitive throughout their careers.
